Payment and Insurance Information
Whether you’re a current patient or a future patient of Legacy Dental, we want you to always be informed! This section gives you information about our insurance options, convenient payment plans, and practical online payment option.
Insurance and Billing
We request payment at the time treatment is rendered. If you have insurance, we ask that you pay your estimated portion of the fee including deductibles at the time of service. We accept payment by check, cash or credit card. We also offer Care Credit as a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
We strive to provide the very best dental care possible without regard to limitations imposed by an insurance company. Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. There are hundreds of plans, each unique in its scope and coverage. If you are able to choose your dentist, you can expect your carrier to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined by your employer and the insurance company. We are not a party to the contractual arrangement between your insurance company and your employer, but we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursements to which you are entitled. As a convenience to you, we will help process your insurance claims. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have questions about the services provided.
